Check in and print your bag tag.

If you haven’t checked in online or via the JetBlue mobile app, use the kiosks to check in to your flight. Apply your bag tag to checked luggage, removing old tags first.

Proceed to Bag Drop.

Have your ID ready. A crewmember will weigh and scan your bag. And you’ll be on your way! Crewmembers will always be available to assist or answer any questions.

Do I have to use the check-in kiosks?

No. If you don't have any bags to check and you’ve already obtained a boarding pass (paper or mobile), you're all set to jet.

Which airports currently have self-service lobbies?

Atlanta, GA (ATL), Boston, MA (BOS), Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL), Newark, NJ (EWR), New York, NY (JFK), and San Juan, PR (SJU).

Will there be crewmembers around to help me?

Yes! If you need additional help, there will always be JetBlue crewmembers to assist with your check-in process.
